Curate Design Terms and Conditions set the rules for using curatedesign.com. Using Curate Design means agreeing to the rules below, so please read every section carefully before you continue. Kindly note that these terms cover the use of our website, while further terms may apply during newsletter subscription or sign-up, and separate terms apply if you decide to submit a design to us.
1. Your Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Curate Design Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Curate Design, available at https://curatedesign.com, and of all pages, features and content of curatedesign.com. By accessing or using Curate Design, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Curate Design Terms and Conditions, the Curate Design Privacy Policy and the Curate Design Cookies Policy. Please continue to use Curate Design only if you agree. The publisher of Curate Design is identified in the Curate Design Impressum.
2. Content Is for Entertainment and Information Only
Curate Design publishes features about jewelry and more. Everything published on Curate Design, including articles, descriptions, images, rankings, daily features, quotes, links and advertisements, is provided for entertainment, educational and general information purposes only. For professional, legal, financial, purchasing, investment or design advice, please consult a qualified and licensed professional, because content on Curate Design is general information and carries no offer, endorsement, recommendation, warranty or guarantee of any product, service, person or company. Curate Design is an editorial publication, so to purchase featured jewelry designs, products or projects, please contact the respective designers, brands or rights holders. You alone are responsible for any decision you take on the basis of content published on Curate Design.
3. Provided As Is, Where Is and As Available
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, Curate Design and all content published on curatedesign.com are provided on an AS IS, WHERE IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, with all faults, and without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that curatedesign.com will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of viruses, malware or other harmful components. Curate Design does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information supplied by designers, brands, advertisers or other third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, Curate Design, the publisher of Curate Design and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Curate Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, Curate Design, or reliance on any content published on curatedesign.com, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in Curate Design Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
5. Full Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Curate Design, the publisher of Curate Design and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Curate Design from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of Curate Design, (b) your breach of Curate Design Terms and Conditions, (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights, and (d) any information you provide through Curate Design or to the third-party services reached through Curate Design. The obligation to indemnify survives any end of your use of Curate Design.
6. Intellectual Property
Featured works. The jewelry designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on Curate Design belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties. Each work is shown on Curate Design for editorial or entertainment purposes, and the presentation of a work on Curate Design leaves every right with the respective owners.
Original materials of Curate Design. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of Curate Design are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 Curate Design. You are welcome to read Curate Design and to share links to pages of curatedesign.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please obtain prior written permission from the publisher of Curate Design, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of curatedesign.com, except where the law expressly allows.
Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on Curate Design infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a notice through the Curate Design Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. Curate Design reviews every notice promptly and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.
7. Third-Party Websites, Services and Advertising
Curate Design contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of Curate Design, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain solely the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third party.
Advertising shown on Curate Design is delivered by Massive Outreach Ads Network, the advertising solution provider of Curate Design. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
8. Forms and Forwarding to Third-Party Services
Some features of Curate Design, such as the Curate Design Submit Design page, the Curate Design Newsletter page and the Curate Design Encyclopedia page, work in two steps. You provide a few details on curatedesign.com and may then be forwarded to a partner service that carries out the actual service. The partner service, and not Curate Design, is responsible for processing your information and for everything that happens after the forwarding, under the terms and the privacy policy of that service. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to enter only information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to share.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Curate Design for lawful purposes, to access curatedesign.com through ordinary browsing and search engine indexing rather than through robots, crawlers, scrapers, bots or other automated means, to respect the security and availability of curatedesign.com, its servers and its networks, to provide truthful information through the forms of Curate Design, and to keep every credit, copyright, trademark and other notice intact.
10. Availability and Changes
The publisher of Curate Design may change, suspend or discontinue Curate Design, or any content or feature of Curate Design, at any time and without notice or liability. Curate Design Terms and Conditions may also be updated from time to time, and the date shown at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of Curate Design after a revision means that you accept the revised Curate Design Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
Curate Design Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with Curate Design, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the publisher of Curate Design identified in the Curate Design Impressum, without regard to conflict of law rules and principles, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. General Provisions
If any provision of Curate Design Terms and Conditions is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. A delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. Curate Design Terms and Conditions, together with the Curate Design Privacy Policy and the Curate Design Cookies Policy, form the entire agreement regarding the use of Curate Design.
13. Contact
If you have questions about Curate Design Terms and Conditions, please use the Curate Design Contact page or the Curate Design Impressum.
